When people visit your website and click on the ads then google will pay to you. Actually google adsence the ads network that pays more than other ads network site it depends on how much the advertise pay for per click. I think If you get 12 clicks then your earning can be $3.00. But google will not pay you until your earning reaches $100.by

• First create a google account if you have no account.
•  then go to Google adsense application form and fill the form and submit your website url.
•  if you have no weebsite or blog then make one 
• after you submit application to google adsense they will take time to cinfirm that this site is passed with our polices or not to see google police click here 
• after you passed every open your google adsense account and place the ads code on your website/blog where you want .
